If you are reading this you have found what you need. Stop trying to piece together parts for your truck. Just order from Dennis and you'll be happy. Everything I've bought here has been just right and I don't bother looking elswhere anymore. Now I just need money for more stuff.

I just installed the regulated return kit, new up pipes and the intank and prepump kit. I must say that I was HIGHLY impressed with everything from how smooth the transaction was to the quality of parts to the detailed instructions and everything in between. Everything was first class. I will continue to buy from ITP from here on out. Again Highly impressed and Highly recommened!!

Dennis is a great asset to the Powerstroke community. He always calls me back promptly with answers or helps me brainstorm problems, often that have nothing to do with a part or upgrade I have purchased from him. He always takes time.

The DP tuner chip and MBRP exhaust I ordered, 4 years ago now, not only arrived quickly and safely, but cheaper than anyone. When I had questions, he was there. I send all Powerstroke owners to him.

I am completely impressed with the quality of parts and tech support ITP has provided to me. Just as they say, leave a message or send an e-mail and they will take the time and answer all your questions. Dennis stayed on the phone with me, sorting thru and trouble shooting my performance issues untill we came to a comprehensive solution. For once a company that serves the costomer and doesnt act like your bothering them unless your handing them $$$$. Any business can take your hard earned money but ITP goes the extra mile with thier knowledgeable technical support and fair competitive pricing. Parts I purchased - the one and only DP Tuner (40T, 80E, 140R, drive thru & High Idle), AIH delete plug, John Woods valve body, ported turbo housing, and 4" exhaust. Keep it up ITP and I'll keep coming back.

hello again just wanted to say i got my chip back from dennis yesterday instead of going with 100hp i went to 120 race,dennis had told me i would see a big difference with 120,i have to say DP the only way to go i have 1- stock,2- 120 race,3- 60 tow,4- decel everything works excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT.

dp is the only way to go i got 60 hp tow because i only use the truck to haul jeep i burnt up 1st tranny not bad had 250,000 miles,i got second 1 and installed the john wood valve body what a big diffence there is no slip whats so ever it goes right in gear i swear by my dp im taking it to dennis this week and getting the 100 perf,and the decel program for hills,keep up excellent work itp.

I purchased a DP tuner from ITP due to how highly they were regarded on the Powerstroke website. Trust me, there were no lies in what was said.. Excellent service and quick delivery.

I tried to install the chip and thought i was having a problem with it. I called Dennis and he called me back within 30 minutes and we had it figured out and haulin butt down the road.

I was concerned about my factory turbo's condition and Dennis answered every forum post, email, and phone call in a timely manner. He guided me through a pre-inspection to ensure I didn't waste time and money to ship my turbo for a rebuild if not needed. He also checked it over before sending it out for a rebuild to confirm my suspicions. When the anticipated return ship date was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he expedited shipping so I could get the truck back together. Dennis also patiently addressed my concerns after the truck was back together when a "new" problem arouse, and because of his experience and knowledge, he correctly identified the source of the problem (not related to the turbo or parts purchased from ITP). My wife questioned why I would send the turbo out of state for a rebuild - now she understands why. Thank you Dennis!

I was in the middle of finishing up a bunch of high performance upgrades. I forgot that I had read somewhere the parts that came with the H2E turbo did not fit up to the AFE stage 2. I had my wife call while I was at work on a Thursday and the ITP "JAT99" Intake Tube arrived the next day.

Previously to this I purchased my fuel bowl delete block, DP chip and ITP overboost annihilator. Dennis has an exceptional customer service record with me and I will recommend ITP diesel to anyone in the market for powerstroke parts.

Dennis shipped my turbo pedestal and high-flow turbo outlet so quickly it arrived before I was ready on my end. As always, everything was nicely packed and arrived in fine shape. While I am sure I am far from Dennis' largest customer, he has always made time to answer my questions, respond to email and provide suggestions and recommendations. I was in a jam and needed gauges for an upcoming trip we were taking towing a trailer. The scan gauge I had ordered from another vendor did not work with my truck. Dennis was able to ship me out a 2 gauge kit the same day I placed the order. Great customer service!
