Steel Gasket - No More Donuts!!!

The "donut" up-pipe gaskets have been a problem for Powerstroke owners for years. International has really done the Powerstroke world a favor by releasing these "bellowed" up-pipes that eliminate the troublesome "donut" gaskets. These new up-pipes feature a thin pre-formed steel gasket (shown in the lower right photo) along with a flexible "bellowed" flange. The bellowed flange allows for expansion and contraction in the pipes without putting stress on the sealing gasket, making for a long and leak-free life.

If you've got leaking up-pipe donuts, you're losing turbine "drive pressure". This will cause reduced boost pressure which will drive exhaust temperatures up and can reduce power output if the leak is bad enough. Don't suffer with leaking donuts...fix them once and for all with this "Bellowed" Up-Pipe kit!

NOTE: This kit will NOT fit "Early 99" engines with the smaller turbocharger! If you have a '99 model year truck, make sure you know which model you have before ordering!
