The ITP "Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kit for the 99-03 Powerstroke Super Duty takes our popular "Standard" Regulated Return Kit to a new level. Just like our "Standard" version, this kit eliminates the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure capability to the Powerstroke fuel system. This is accomplished by tying the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. In addition, the "Bowl Delete" Regulated Return kit also eliminates the restrictive fuel filter bowl, improving fuel flow to the heads and giving back some valuable engine valley room.
NOTE: Additional Parts and Filtration Required when using this kit...see Important Notes below!
The primary benefits of this kit are significantly increased fuel flow "through" the heads, eliminating starvation of the #8 cylinder and ensuring that each fuel injector has adequate fuel quantity and pressure all the time. Additionally, any air "bubbles" that may develop in the fuel system can pass through the heads and out the regulators return port to the tank, instead of through the fuel injectors...resulting in increased injector life and less injector noise. If you are installing new injectors (stock or aftermarket), we HIGHLY RECOMMEND one of our Regulated Return kits to protect your investment and maximize your performance!

IMPORTANT NOTES...PLEASE READ!!!!!:
- We DO NOT currently have fuel system kits for the BTS Twin or Swamps GenIII HPOP Systems.
- Sorry, we do not currently offer a fuel system upgrade kit specifically for 94-97 7.3L Powerstroke Trucks. The "Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return Kit" shown above has been used in 94-97 trucks with an electric fuel pump conversion and a swap to the 99-03 Super Duty High Pressure Oil Reservoir. Other parts may be needed, this is not a swap we have performed ourselves so we don't have all of the details.
- Installion of this kit eliminates both the fuel bowl heater assembly and the fuel bowl air bleed orifice. Please give consideration to whether the loss of these functions will be an issue for your application before purchasing this product.
- This kit was developed with the HIGH PERFORMANCE truck owner in mind. It was not developed for the "daily driver", "tow rig" or "mild performance" application. We wanted to offer a product that would clean up the valley and make it easier to work on HPO systems, custom turbo piping, etc...for our HP customers. If you don't already know why you need the "bowl delete" version of our fuel system, there is a good chance it's not a proper fit for your application. Please look at our "standard" regulated return system and make sure you pick the one that is appropriate for what you need to do with your truck.

BIO-DIESEL NOTE: While we've taken steps to significantly improve the bio-diesel compatibilty of our fuel system kits, we still recommend bio concentrations of B20 or less. Higher concentrations can negatively impact the glues used to assemble most fuel filter elements.
BOWL DELETE NOTES:
This kit does not supply the necessary fuel lines to reconnect the stock feed and return lines to the bowl delete and regulator outlet, some additional parts will need to be sourced depending on your specific configuration of fuel pump/lines and what factory lines (if any) you want to continue using.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!: Removal of the valley fuel filter eliminates the last line of defense that protects the fuel injectors. This kit does NOT currently include a replacement post-pump fuel filter (one will be offered as as option in the near future). ITP Diesel STRONGLY RECOMMENDS the installation of a 2 micron rated post-pump fuel filter to protect your injectors when using the Fuel Bowl Delete Kit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that post-pump filtration is addressed when this product is installed. ITP Diesel is NOT responsible for ANY damage incurred due to the lack of proper post-pump fuel filtration.
AIRDOG NOTE: The AirDog product sold on this website is a pre-pump device. It will NOT supply proper POST-PUMP filtration for use with the fuel bowl delete. 2 micron Post-Pump filtration is still required when using an AirDog with this kit.
