We do our very best to get every order shipped the same day we receive it, but sometimes it's just not possible. Please allow us 2-3 Business Days from the date the order is placed to get your product shipped (special order items may take longer). This includes "Next Day" and "2nd Day" orders as well as items that have FREE SHIPPING. If you have an urgent need and want to make sure that your order can ship right away, we strongly recommend calling us before placing your order.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Because of the size and weight of some of the items we sell, the shopping cart will not allow selection of another shipping carrier or method for all items. If you require special shipping methods (Next Day, 2nd Day, APO, etc.) and the shopping cart won't let you select that option, you must place your order over the phone.

A few of the manufacturers we dropship from use other carriers. This is out of our control. Please do not ask us to "have so-and-so ship using XYZ carrier".
