No Coupons, No Rebates, No Handling

STANDARD PRICING PRACTICES:
We try our hardest to offer only the Highest Quality products for the Best Possible prices all the time. This is why you will rarely see us run a "SALE" unless we get a special purchase opportunity that we just can't pass up.
Games we DO NOT play with product pricing:
- No "Coupon Codes" Required to get our best price!
- No "Rebates" - Our manufacturers don't offer rebates, that's just a game some vendors play.
- No Handling Fees - You pay ONLY the actual shipping cost!
- No Phony "Free Shipping" (watch for hidden "oversize package" charges!)
- No Hidden Charges of ANY kind! (watch carefully for those on auction sites!)
- No posting of MSRP to make our prices look better - NOBODY sells at MSRP!
- No "Fake" $ALE Prices!
ITP is not a "Here Today, Gone Tomorrow" hobby for us, this is our livelihood, it's what we do. We are both a manufacturer and reseller of Quality Diesel Performance products. We want to earn your business HONESTLY, with Fair and Competitive Pricing, Quality Customer Service (before, during and after the sale) AND New Product Innovation.
PRICE MATCHING POLICY:
Because we work hard to offer the best prices possible all the time (see above), we typically do not price compete or price match other internet resellers. Many of our products are unique to ITP, and those that aren't are offered at what we consider to be the best price we can already. If for some reason we seem to have a price that is completely out of line with that of others selling the same product, please feel free to point it out, typos or other mistakes are not out of the realm of possibility. If we reduce the price of a product that you've purchased from us within a short time of your purchase, please call us and we'll see what we can do.
SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNTS:
We sometimes get asked about special discounts for groups like Military, Fire Fighters, Powerstroke Forum Members, etc. In short, we don't offer any special discounts for particular groups because just about every one of our customers belongs to one or more of these. Instead, we try to offer our products at the best price we possibly can ALL THE TIME, for EVERY CUSTOMER, regardless of which group(s) the customer belongs to. In other words, everyone gets the discount!
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICIES:
The manufacturers of many of the products we offer have instituted a "Minimum Advertised Price" (MAP) policy. This is done to protect the value of the merchandise and help ALL legitimate vendors of that product make an acceptable profit. In order to continue to offer the Best products and maintain the excellent relationships that we have with our suppliers, ITP will adhere to all MAP policies. This means that we will NOT get into "Price Wars" with other Internet Vendors, E-Bay Auctions, etc.
Some Internet Vendors don't adhere to the MAP policies for the products that they sell. These vendors are certainly not concerned with maintaining quality relationships with their manufacturers and suppliers...and probably not concerned with their relationships with their customers!
Be aware of the fact that several manufacturers are now considering resellers that violate MAP or Auction policies to be "UNAUTHORIZED"...and products not purchased through an Authorized Dealer may not qualify for the Manufacturers Limited Warranty!
